Coming back down to get out of the storm
But it doesn't compare to the joy and the fire

Even for a day that's meant to be lonesome
Facing this exile feels kinda wholesome
But I don't want anything to go on forever
We can swap out what's worn from the weather
And I know what I want to see when I take a look inside
They keep trying to break us down
I'm not a part of the raincoats now
Watching, waiting for a sign
Before the level starts to rise
I have doubts about the meaning of life
But I know yours are rife
You wanna show a smile and let the people in
But nothing seems to happen when you do it again
It's nice to know the boundaries of interaction
